2. Nature of the content
This website presents the consultancy services offered by Cibandum in the fields of food industrialisation, food service and labelling. The content is general and for information only: it does not constitute technical or legal advice on specific cases, nor a contractual offer. The terms, timing and fees of each engagement are set out in a written proposal.
Statements about labelling refer to the legislation in force, in particular Regulation (EU) No 1169/2011, which may be amended or interpreted differently by the authorities over time. Each label must be checked on a case-by-case basis before it is printed or placed on the market.
